Effective 24 August 2026. By downloading or using KROMA phone, you agree to these terms.
01 / LICENCE
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use KROMA phone on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules and these terms. The app is licensed, not sold.
02 / WHAT KROMA IS
KROMA phone is a retro-phone interface and entertainment experience. It is not a replacement telephone carrier, emergency service, safety device or guaranteed communications service. Do not rely on it to place emergency calls.
03 / ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass security, distribute modified copies, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law expressly permits it.
04 / CONTENT & SERVICES
Local handset features and games are provided as part of the app. Optional network functions, third-party pages and platform services may change, be unavailable or have separate terms. You are responsible for network charges and for content you create or import.
05 / OWNERSHIP
KROMA phone, its software, visual identity, interface assets and original content remain protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
06 / WARRANTY & LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KROMA phone is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
07 / TERMINATION & CHANGES
This licence ends if you materially breach these terms. You may end it by deleting the app. We may update the app or these terms as features and legal requirements change; continued use after an effective update signifies acceptance where permitted.
08 / APPLE
Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of KROMA phone. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it as applicable. App Store terms also apply.
